"A great apartment with awesome views of the bay of Villefranche-sur-Mer & the Cap Ferrat. Town centre was an easy 10 minute stroll down hill. Coming back maybe a little slower going. The apartment itself was compact but spacious at the same time. The terrace was an amazing space with an outdoor dining table and banana lounges to enjoy in nice weather. Apartment was well organised and we got all the information we needed from a helpful host."

"Very high quality fit out, very comfortable bed and bed linen, amazing shower, lovely garden, very well equipped kitchen. Kind extras like wine and water, dishwasher and washing machine tablets. Very luxurious feeling in bedroom and bathroom particularly. Close to beautiful town and beaches. Very accessible bus route to surrounding beauty spots and Nice. Highly recommended. Thomas very responsive to questions!"

"Fantastic location. Very good spot to visit all the atractions around Nice. We’ve had a car rented, but the bus stop and railway station is also not far from the apartament. It is even better to visit Monaco by train. The apartament is very cosy, clean. Fully equiped kitchen. Nice view."

"Everything about the apartment was wonderful. I didn't know much about the area, and in hindsight, lucked out by choosing an apartment with ample space to hang out, have morning coffee, and we even ate dinner on the private patio 3 out of 8 nights. If you are not a local, then one might expect a range of fantastic food options at a broad price range. But the whole is somewhat of a tourist trap in terms of restaurants, especially in the obvious areas. Just saying all that to convey that the apartment was a huge lifesaver where we enjoyed buying our own stuff at the grocery store and the view on the patio. The entire apartment is very clean and very thoughtfully set up and Thomas was very promptly available to help when asked, but otherwise not in our way at all."

"One minor quibble as a non-European was that the bathroom (which was very clean and had everything we needed) has a nice shower, but it didn't have a door or a full enclosure. So, it's a head scratcher how the water just gets everywhere else in the bathroom. We had to manage our showering carefully to stop too much water from getting outside the shower. That a super minor point though and even as a super-neat freak, I was very happy about the choice to stay at Eden (even with my shower door comment)."

"The view of the water was beautiful. however, you had to be standing up to see the view. I5 would be much better if the greenery was trimmed down so you could sit and enjoy the view while having coffee in the morning."

"The directions to access the property had us going down 150 steps from the road above the property. It was almost impossible to take suitcases up and down to the apartment. If the management had given us directions from the lower road and and also access to the gate on the road below it would have made the property much more accessible via car, taxi or walking. He said it was private so he couldn’t give us the code, but the neighbors in the apartments next door had access. The owner also sent us a video to find the apartment key, but the video was old and the key was not located where he said it was. It was very confusing. It also would have been nice to have more than one bath towel for a week. since there is not a dryer, we couldn’t do linens."

"It sounds silly but we weren’t quite sure how to turn off the oven (we figured it out) and the stove was induction and not all the pans worked on it."
